Selection Process
Below is a summary of the selection process for the ACFO role, which will be taking place June 2023.
Stage One
Application via CV and Supporting Statement by 09.00hrs on Monday 5th June 2023
Candidates will be asked to provide a CV and Supporting Statement, with each being no more than two pages in Arial font size 11. This information will be used to assess applicants against the Role and Person Spec. Outputs from this assessment will be presented at a longlisting meeting where a decision will be made on which candidates progress to shortlisting.
The CV and Supporting Statement should be submitted to Fire Knowledge Executive Recruitment: [email protected] and received no later than 09.00hrs on Monday 5th June 2023. Late applications will not be accepted.
Stage Two
June 2023
Assessment Centre culminating in a Final Interview Panel which will be chaired by Mark Preece, Chief Fire Officer.
The closing date for completed applications is 09.00hrs on Monday 5th June 2023.
